Dr. March believes in a patient-centered approach to care. His treatment philosophy emphasizes cultivating an alliance between doctor and patient to work toward improved recovery and better outcomes after surgery. Dr. March first moved to Pittsburgh for his residency training, but quickly fell in love with the city and is proud to call it his home. When not working, his interests include cooking, exploring the Pittsburgh restaurant scene, fitness, cycling, and hiking in America’s beautiful national parks. While attending medical school, Dr. March met his classmate and future wife, Christine, a pediatric endocrinologist at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.
