Community Integrated Services (CIS) is a nonprofit organization that began in 1989 as a pilot project at Temple University, initially serving 10 individuals with disabilities. Since becoming independent in 1991, CIS has expanded its reach to provide employment services to over 2,100 individuals annually across the Greater Philadelphia region and Delaware, focusing on creating fulfilling job opportunities for those served.

Operating in Pennsylvania and Delaware, CIS collaborates with local businesses, school districts, and various state agencies to enhance employment outcomes for individuals with disabilities. With a dedicated staff of over 90, the organization is recognized for its exceptional service and successful integration of clients into the workforce.
