Chelsea McElwain, CRNP

Dr. Slipak is an orthopaedic surgeon who treats patients with orthopaedic cancers and bone and soft tissue tumors. He also provides total joint replacement surgery for hips and knees. Dr. Slipak received a medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed a residency at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He gained further training through a fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Musculoskeletal Oncology in Houston, Texas. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He speaks English.

Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, Dr. Burgess diagnoses and treats medical and surgical conditions affecting the bones, joints, ligaments, muscles, and tendons. He specializes in sports medicine and also treats pain as a result of injury, illness, or disabling conditions. Dr. Burgess earned his medical degree at West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown, where he was president of his medical school class. He later completed his residency at Orlando Regional Medical Center in Florida. Dr. Burgess gained additional expertise during his orthopaedic surgery and sports medicine fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital. A member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, and Arthroscopy Association of North America, Dr. Burgess lectures on common injuries and prevention techniques for gymnastics and soccer athletes, as well as operative and non-operative meniscal injuries. He was previously team physician for the Orlando Predators Arena Football team and East River High School football teams in Orlando. Dr. Burgess has medical staff privileges at Allegheny General Hospital, Wexford Surgery Center, and Bethel Park Surgery Center. He currently serves as a team physician for the Pittsburgh Pirates and team physician for Hampton High School.

Jennifer D. Campbell is a surgical physician assistant who specializes in orthopaedic surgery and sports medicine. She performs in office procedures including intra-articular injections and tendon injections. She strongly believes in treating patients the way she would want her own family members treated. Jennifer received a bachelor’s degree in education and athletic training at California University of Pennsylvania in California, Pennsylvania and a Master of Health Science from Lock Haven University in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. Jennifer is board certified (since 2006) by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and a member of the American Academy of PAs. She sees patients ages 11 to 99 and speaks English.
