Founded in 1932, Caring People Alliance, formerly known as Crime Prevention Association, is one of the leading human service agencies in Pennsylvania. It offers a range of programs and services through its community centers that include the Fels South Philadelphia Community Center, R.W. Brown Community Center and West Philadelphia Community Center.
