South Hill Rehabilitation

South Hills Rehabilitation Center is a fully accredited, more than 100-bed, skilled nursing facility located in Eugene, Ore. It offers professional nursing services, various planned activities, outings and classes, day care and respite care, pet therapy, full-service insurance provider and individual care planning. The center also offers subacute and intermediate rehabilitation services to its short-term patients and long-term residents. Its speech therapy pathologists provide services to patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Its occupational therapists serve patients with upper body deficits, decreased ability to perform activities of daily living, and need for wheelchair positioning and assessment. The center offers a modern gym with equipment, such as the Lite-Gait and Shuttle 2000.
