A true Pacific Northwest brand, the Casa del Matador chain has taken it's Tex-Mex inspired food and tequila bar has gone National with locations as far as North Carolina and along the east coast....

Took two stars away for how hot it is inside the restaurant. Service was amazing. But the staff looked very overheated tbh I would not be wanting to be in that heat working in a restaurant either....
