Dr. Heather E. Merry is a board-certified thoracic surgeon in Portland, OR. Dr. Merry has a focus in thoracic oncology and shortness of breath. As a thoracic surgeon, she performs a diverse array of lung operations, including minimally-invasive resections for lung cancer, tracheal surgery, plication for a paralyzed diaphragm and surgery for lung and pleural infections. He has specialized training in HPB diseases and minimally invasive and robotic surgery, which are his areas of clinical and research interest.
