History

De and Tony Stirpe would have been here sooner but in the summer of 2011 Deirdre donated a kidney to save her sister's life. They moved from the desert of Arizona in September of 2011 to start act two of their lives together in Eugene, OR. Passionate about cookies, De is following her dream of a small shop where she can present her creations to the locals and the world. Her husband, Tony, forever faithful to her aspirations takes on the role of Barista in this new store as they introduce themselves and their treats to a new, northwest community.

Specialties
