This bank seems to have improved their customer service. There are more tellers now every time I go in.

I would NEVER bank here because the service is so bad! Unfortunately, my mom's account is here, at the urging of her Merrill Lynch investment advisor, so I'm stuck when I help with her banking....

I'm a customer with BofA for over 10 years. Scheduled an appointment to sign with notary closing papers on a home, it had to be done that day and shipped overnight to different state, they said ok...
