Very disappointed. Very understaffed. Wait time is too long. I dont know how a big bank can run unprofessional. It took me almost an hour to get to the teller helping me.

The worst, I am sure the people are nice the bank is just understaffed. One clerk on with long lines this is ridiculous. My other bank is so much better.

The worst bank ever! You have to make an appointment for everything because they're so special but really understaffed. It's like they look for reasons not to help you! Bank anywhere but B of A!
