The mission of Kitchen 66 is to turn Tulsa into a hot oven for food start-ups by lowering barriers to entry for local food makers and purveyors. Kitchen 66 provides food entrepreneurs with the ingredients needed to succeed: affordable commercial kitchen space, a comprehensive business development program, tailored advising, and a robust network of mentors and distributors. Kitchen 66 is a program of The Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation, founded in 2015.

Stopped by today and Kitchen 66 had Chef Curt (@chefcurt100) We got the Oxtail birria tacos, blackened salmon tacos, and some sorta hibiscus lemonade. The oxtail tacos were ridiculously good....

This truck rotates the food, but my friend got the fried catfish and I tried it. This was the best catfish I and my friend have ever had.
