Great department store experience. Dillard's still has the idea that you are their client. They keep names in a rolodex and call clients to let them know about upcoming sales and events. I like it.

Employees at the women's dress department were extremely rude!!!! they yelled at me and my friends for not cleaning up a dressing room that we never entered. the blonde woman specifically spoke...

Tried to return an item I bought in Sept. as a Xmas gift, Tags attached like new. They still had item in stock. Told me item was past there deadline for returns. Promise I won't shop here again....
