SEPHORA at Kohl's

I hate Kohl's, doesn't matter what location I go to, they're all the same. Cluttered, confusing, over crowded, frustrating,etc... I maybe shop at one once or twice a year due to wedding...

They have combine the checkout lines and the return lines and the Amazon return line all in one which makes for very long lines every time you go. I will not go to this location in the future....

First time coming here, needed a place to do some last minute Christmas shooping for additional guests for our holiday party as well as returning a gift. There was plenty of parking thankfully....

The service is absolutely HORRIBLE. There is always a line at returns-they really need to figure out a better way to handle returns and Amazon.

I like the convenience of returning Amazon orders and receiving a coupon, however the line is usually pretty long. It's also too bad that the fitting rooms are not swept. There is dust all over...
