The Five Strong Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Columbus, Ohio, dedicated to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities through athletics, camaraderie, and inclusion. Since its inception in 2015, the foundation has provided opportunities for over 2,000 athletes to participate in sports camps and activities, reinforcing the joy and confidence that come from competition.

Recognizing that less than 29% of those with developmental disabilities in Central Ohio are adequately serviced, the Five Strong Foundation aims to create a welcoming environment where everyone can experience the benefits of sport. Guided by a mission rooted in the values of empowerment and community, the organization is committed to expanding its outreach and strategic partnerships to further support this underrepresented group.
