Five Strong Foundation is a non-profit organization in Columbus, Ohio, dedicated to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities through athletics, camaraderie, and inclusion. Since its inception in 2015, the foundation has sponsored more than 30 sports camps, providing over 2,000 athletes with opportunities to compete and engage at no cost.
The organization was established by five professionals, all former athletes, who recognized the transformative power of sports in fostering participation and community among those with developmental disabilities.
