Patient should be checked in by 7:30 PM. We highly recommend you register online before you come to the clinic. You will be added to the same queue if you walk into the clinic. Registering online allows you to do most of your waiting from home, which reduces your in-clinic wait times.

NEVER GET SEEN ON TIME! Dr. Doesn't even apologize when they come into the room. Appointment was at 10:40 got seen at 11:42. Dr. Rookwood is very rude.

Well.....I concur with everything I have read from other Yelpers. It hasn't gotten any better since they opened. I've had multiple conversations with my Dr., office manager, nurse manager etc....
