Slowest most unorganized Starbucks I've had the displeasure of visiting. Waited 30 minutes for them to tell me there is no peppermint mocha. Asked for a refund. Would not recommend.

There are 7 employees this Sunday afternoon at the Central Tower Starbucks. One is working, one is working in very slow motion, 5 are standing around and chatting, doing nothing.
