Absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with. If you make a phone call to them, they will constantly put you on hold constantly ask you questions that don't pertain to what you're calling...

Due to Optimum's outage on 7/30/25 all my services were out also. Today 7/31/25 I have to wait 2 days for an agent to fix the cable on my TV which has problems due to your outage. Not fair. Phone...
