Nothing feels as good as fully experiencing the full spectrum of life... the surge of energy, chills, tingles, tickles, throbs, heart-wrenching passion, floods of tears and laughter. Nothing. It doesn't matter where you go, what you do, or whom you love... if you don't meet the moment with your whole body, life feels like it's slipping by. I'll show how to come back into your body; to listen to the whispers before they become screams. Embodiment, for me, is a spiritual practice. When we come back into Flow, healing happens naturally. This is the most effective strategy for resolving depression, anxiety, stress, addiction, lack of purpose. Transforming chronic relationship patterns and creating fulfilling intimacy is a key theme. Using touch, and postural analysis and adjustment, coupled with focused conversation, I'll orchestrate your life overhaul, your healing, often within seemingly 'impossible' timeframes. Once we discover and release your psychological and physical baggage, you'll feel so much more free to live, love, and create. How you sit, stand, speak, and move are all expressions of stories you're carrying. Without this embodiment piece, lasting change is almost impossible. Most practitioners only brush the surface of this, sadly. For that reason, I don't use any modality; the ones I trained in didn't quite do deep enough, so I fashioned my own. This FLOW healing also resolves physical and emotional trauma, and diagnosed 'diseases'. Whatever is holding you back will be addressed and resolved. One of the favorite side effects is the radical improvement of personal relationships. Love naturally rises to the surface. people meet their true loves. Etc. Unlike the therapists that talk to you for 50 minutes and then forget you entirely I deliver this radical strategy in 2 or 3 hour sessions, complete with follow up emails, and other resources. All designed to redirect your whole being toward healing. So what my work is about is freedom. Freedom to be YOU.
