Woodland Hill Montessori School

Woodland Hill Montessori School is an educational institution that operates a range of academic programs. Founded in 1965, the school focuses on the intellectual, spiritual, physical and academic development of students. It serves more than 200 students in pre-kindergarten through grade eight. The school offers classes in language arts, mathematics, science, physical education and social studies. Woodland Hill Montessori School also provides lessons in geometry, fine arts, astronomy, botany, zoology, foreign language and history. It operates a book and garden clubs. In addition, the school conducts after-school and enrichment programs. It provides opportunities for a variety of sports activities that includes soccer and cross-country. Woodland Hill Montessori School is accredited by the American Montessori Society and the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.
