True Care Transportation

Have to admit - to say True Care exceeded my expectations is an understatement! Had an outpatient procedure scheduled in 2 days, required in person pick-up. My sister was supposed to pick me up...

Yeah, it's a new company, so give some slack, but they did get me to my appointment late, so I could not see the doctor. Perhaps in time, they will realize how far Manhattan is.

They are extremely personable. They let you know if the driver is running late. The drivers are extremely nice. All in all it is a really solid and enjoyable experience.

Fantastic communication. Always on time. The drivers are professional, gentle and courteous. The vehicles are clean and well maintained. Sadly none of them are equipped with a bar.

Best transpo service I've used on Long Island. The drivers and owners are professional af. And they know how to use cell/smartphone tech to keep you informed.
