Yeah, it's a new company, so give some slack, but they did get me to my appointment late, so I could not see the doctor. Perhaps in time, they will realize how far Manhattan is.

They are extremely personable. They let you know if the driver is running late. The drivers are extremely nice. All in all it is a really solid and enjoyable experience.
