History

We are a therapeutic massage team that incorporates modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, medical, sports and thai massage to address the clients specific need. Our sessions can range from relaxation to focused work on injuries, and improving posture is one of our specialties. Our lead therapist has extensive experience working with chiropractors, giving her a well rounded knowledge of postural issues and solutions.

We specialize in therapeutic massage including deep tissue, medical, sports massage and stretching techniques for alignment. We treat conditions including, but not limited to sports injuries, fibromyalgia, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, back and neck issues, insomnia and a host of others. Feel free to come in for relaxing massage as well! You can also schedule a private yoga session to focus on your specific needs.
