History
Skybody Aerial Fitness was developed in 2008 as an independent program within Reebok Sports Club NY. Skybody's classes were offered at the Limelight Marketplace, later, as well. Fran assesses every student individually in her classes, and teaches to their skill level. Her Aerial Yoga teacher training is comprehensive and educational, offering instructors a wide variety of vocabulary with the fabric hammocks.

We have trained Kathy Najimy for her audition for the Broadway show Pippin and choreographed aerial acts for numerous dance companies.
