AT Motion, Belinda Mello's teaching practice, has grown as she has developed an approach to teaching the Alexander Technique as applied to everyday and specialized activities. Collaborative projects with other teachers allows Belinda to offer special workshops and classes, as well as teach at residential workshops.

Belinda, founder of AT Motion, is a movement specialist with expertise in communication, presentation, and the performing arts. Often her help is sought out to resolve issues with RSI, pain, breathing, tension or anxiousness as well as coordination. Her students progressively learn skills to improve how they go about any activity while gaining a sense of well-being that comes with appreciating the unity of the self.
