History

Ken and Amy met in art school in 1997. They decided to move together to Atlanta and started their separate carriers. Ken Miller has worked as a painter, and decorative artist for over 15 years, with experience in Atlanta, Miami, and New York. He has done work for Architectural Digest top 100 designers and has had his work photographed for a number of interior design magazines and TV shows. Amy Miller worked as a graphic designer for 5 years, with many national advertising campaigns. She went back to school, and received her MFA in sculpture at the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. After graduate school she worked in the scenic and costume industry working on productions for the Met Opera, Broadway, Television and Movies. Starting in 2012 they saw the opportunity to work together and decided to start Parlor Arts!

We specialize in painting, architectural/decorative finishes, murals, and artwork. Together artists Ken and Amy Miller have over 30 years combined experience with latex and oil paint, venetian plaster, glazes, antiquing, metal effects, murals, and sculpture. Whether you need to update your paint color or something much more dramatic, Ken and Amy and handle it.
