The organization maintains more than 20 locations throughout Columbia County, N.Y. Its Residential Program provides individuals with disabilities a variety of housing options. COARC also offers employment, advocacy and legal services. The organization provides opportunities to participate in a range of athletic events, social gatherings and community activities. It maintains a contract manufacturing department that has achieved its ISO 9001-2000 certification from the International Organization of Standardization.
