Founded in 1965, Promenade Hill Center, also known as PHC, is a part of COARC, which provides a range of services for individuals with physical and developmental disabilities. The organization maintains more than 20 locations throughout Columbia County, N.Y. Its Residential Program provides individuals with disabilities a variety of housing options. COARC also offers employment, advocacy and legal services. The organization provides opportunities to participate in a range of athletic events, social gatherings and community activities. It maintains a contract manufacturing department that has achieved its ISO 9001-2000 certification from the International Organization of Standardization. The Promenade Hill Center is located in Hudson, N.Y.
