Food has improved a great deal but the service is always great as usual. I go there mainly for their pastries and coffee service sometimes I will get there food but almost always the specials.

I like running into Spring Street Aspen for coffee and pastries . Coffee is usually good. My favorite pastries are the banana walnut bread and pumpkin chocolate chip bread. Love the energy balls....

What a cute healthy and super crowded cafe that is all gluten free and vegan!! I love the soup du hour which is a butternut squash purée along with tofu stir fry and green juice
