The Bean was born on an East village corner in 2003 and through the years we've stayed true to our original mission of preparing and serving products that we are proud of and know our customers will love. Our meticulously crafted coffee and espresso drinks along with our exclusive specialty drinks, The Frozen Mona Lisa, The Nutella Fitzgerald, our famous Dirty Chai, The Mother Te-REESE-a and our potent Bam-Bean-O cold brew are some examples of what we've become known for. Our full juice bar including our exclusive smoothies and a vast smoothie bowl menu including acai bowls, pitaya bowls, coconut bowls are another major part of who we are. Our Smart'wich freshly made sandwiches will WOW you, you won't believe that you are getting them at a coffee shop. Our spacious, cozy shops are waiting for you! We love what we do and the people that we serve!
