Soukup Farms is a third generation family farm, producing and selling pure New York Maple Syrup. Started as a hobby in the early 1950's the operation expanded to 800 taps in the 1990's and today has more than 2,000 taps in two sugarbushes. With a renewed interest in the maple production process the third generation of syrup producers has moved to a new sugarhouse and is actively expanding the business.

Worth the drive! Gorgeous hills and farmland views. We arrived to ample free parking. A free hayride to the pick your own pumpkins. Pumpkins were affordable and plentiful. A few extra dollars...

Hit up Soukup on Maple weekend 2017- support local farms!!!- great syrup- nice shop- delicious sweets and a great family. Was able to see the syrup making process- very cool!
