I always like to support local businesses, but the customer service at this establishment Is the worst. Happy to drive to Penfield for all future purchases.

I love this store! Not only do almost all of the employees have fun hair but they really seem to be passionate about beauty and they are so helpful and knowledgeable. I come in here quite a bit...

The staff is snotty and not at all helpful. They are ALWAYS at the back of the store in the break room area and you have to actually shout out for someone to come up front and help you or ring...
