Purchased an outdoor chair from Safavieh through Wayfair. Left it the box ( no signs of damage) until our patio was finished. Opened the box to find the frame broken inside the box. Vendor refused...

Terrible customer service. If something is wrong they take zero responsibility. And due dates are not true due dates. Add a few months to be realistic. I will never buy from them again.
