Where it all started. Ollie's Noodle Shop & Grille was the first Ollie's to open in 1989 and set the standard for Chinese cuisine in the Upper West Side. While it has moved from its humble beginning across Columbia University, Ollie's Noodle Shop & Grille still continues to taste just as it did when it first opened its doors over 30 years ago.
