Oak Orchard Community Health Center was founded by the University of Rochester in 1966. The center provides a wide range of programs in direct patient services, health promotion and disease prevention. What are the minimum qualifications to be a manager here? I know someone who is a manager that has NO GED or High School Diploma. Maybe they should hire qualified personnel.
