Unity Rehabilitation & Neurology Physician Services

Unity Rehabilitation & Neurology Services operates as a part of the Unit Health System. The services offered by the center include electrodiagnostic testing; mild brain injury evaluation and rehabilitation; post-concussion evaluation and neurology consultation; and disability evaluations and medical examinations. It provides diagnosis, assessment and treatment for acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries; low back and neck pain; soft tissues injuries and physical disorders. The additional services offered by the center include physical and occupational therapies, counseling services, support programs, and health education. It also offers a sports concussion program that includes serial assessment, mild head injury education, counseling and cognitive therapy. The center also provides a variety of health care plans and insurance options to patients. Unity Rehabilitation & Neurology Services is located in Rochester, N.Y.
