Noreen H. Von Borstel, FNP

Frederic D. Seifer, MD, FCCP is a pulmonologist in Potsdam, NY at the Helen Snell Cheel Medical Campus. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal and Pulmonary Medicine. He received his medical training at Northwest University and completed a residency through the University of Illinois. Dr. Seifer also completed a fellowship at Duke University Medical Center.

Brenda Spurbeck, DNP specializes in pulmonology at the Helen Snell Cheel Medical Campus that is part of Canton-Potsdam Hospital, and is certified as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. She received medical training at the University of South Alabama, Trinity School of Natural Health, and Vanderbilt University.

Physician Assistant Christin Powers earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY. Christin works primarily with conditions of the hand and wrist. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
