Frederic D. Seifer, MD, FCCP is a pulmonologist in Potsdam, NY at the Helen Snell Cheel Medical Campus. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal and Pulmonary Medicine. He received his medical training at Northwest University and completed a residency through the University of Illinois. Dr. Seifer also completed a fellowship at Duke University Medical Center.

Board Certified Pulmonologist Rishi Kumar, MD, provides comprehensive pulmonary care, including advanced bronchoscopy services, and has extensive experience in critical care medicine. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Thoracic Society and the American College of Chest Physicians. Dr. Kumar earned his medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine in the Dutch Caribbean; completed his residency—serving as Chief Resident—at UPMC Pinnacle in Harrisburg, PA; and went on to become Chief Fellow during his fellowship at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY.
