Dr. Jaspal Ricky Singh is the Vice-Chair of Strategy and Clinical Operations & Associate Professor within the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. He also serves as the Medical Director of Outpatient Faculty Practice and Director of Interventional Spine in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine and Co-Director of Och Spine at NewYork-Presbyterian at the Weill Cornell Medicine Center for Comprehensive Spine Care.Dr. Singh is a triple-board certified physician specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Sports Medicine and Pain Medicine. He earned his undergraduate degree at George Washington University majoring in biology and religious studies. He then attended the George Washington University School and Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Dr. Singh went on to fulfill a fellowship in Interventional Pain and Sports Medicine at the University of Colorado – Denver. Dr. Singh specializes in a multidisciplinary approach to treat pain by integrating physical therapy and interventional techniques in his care. Through the use of minimally invasive, fluoroscopic-guided spine procedures, peripheral nerve blocks, electrodiagnostic and musculoskeletal ultrasound, Dr. Singh individualizes his treatment plan with a focus on functional restoration.He employs a comprehensive approach to the treatment of spinal disorders by providing pain management in an honest, kind, and compassionate manner.Dr. Singh's office is located at the Weill Cornell Medical College Center of NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Singh lives in New York City with his wife, Channi. Blake Christianson, M.D. is a radiologist specializing in Breast Imaging. He is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology at Weill Cornell Medicine and an Assistant Attending Radiologist at the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Campus.Dr. Christianson graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology where he earned his Bachelor of Science in 2014. He then received his M.D. at the Medical College of Georgia in 2018, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.Following an transitional internship at Gwinnett Medical Center from 2018 to 2019, Dr. Christianson completed residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from 2019 to 2023 at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medicine. He then completed a one-year fellowship in Breast and Oncologic Imaging at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center from 2023 to 2024. Dr. Christianson joined the faculty at Weill Cornell Medicine in August 2024 as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology.Dr. Christianson’s clinical expertise is within Breast and Body Imaging. He interprets a variety of studies, including mammography, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and body CT. He performs interventional breast procedures guided with imaging, including stereotactic biopsies, ultrasound-guided biopsies, MRI-guided biopsies, and preoperative radioactive seed localization.His research interests include resident and fellow education and optimizing breast screening within our diverse population. Rohan Jotwani MD, MBA is a board-certified pain medicine specialist and anesthesiologist, practicing clinically within both fields. He is also an internationally renowned expert and researcher in the field of medical extended reality. Dr. Jotwani grew up in both Seoul, South Korea and Flushing, Queens. He first became interested in science and technology while attending the renowned Bronx High School of Science, where he began researching cancer genetics at the age of fifteen. This eventually inspired him to complete his undergraduate studies in biology at Columbia University. He then went on to complete both his medical degree and his Master of Business Administration concurrently in four years at Tufts University School of Medicine. Dr. Jotwani completed his residency in anesthesiology across three hospitals: NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, Hospital for Special Surgery and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. In March 2020, he was elected to the position of chief resident during the NYC COVID-19 surge, and helped organize and lead a 90+ resident critical care task force across numerous hospitals in the city.Finally, Dr. Jotwani went on to finish his training by completing a pain medicine fellowship at Harvard Medical School/Brigham and Women’s Hospital. There he worked with pioneers to learn advanced forms of pain management and minimally invasive treatments including injection therapies, vertebral augmentation/spacers, novel stimulation based therapies, and intrathecal pump therapy. Further, his training with world experts in palliative care, neurology, headache medicine, sports medicine, psychiatry, pediatrics and oncology allows him to provide a truly multidisciplinary approach to each person’s unique journey with chronic pain. Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Jotwani actively researches the intersection of pain management and technology, particularly exploring virtual reality applications for chronic pain treatment and medical education. He also serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Medical Extended Reality. Dr. Jotwani research has been funded by Bodyswaps/Meta, the ACGME, and the Nanette Laitman foundation. His expertise has been featured in major news outlets such as CNBC, The Boston Globe and The New York Times, and he has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals.
