Marc Lustig, MD

Dr. Ciralsky is an Associate Professor of Ophthalmology at Weill Cornell Medicine. Her practice interests include corneal diseases and corneal surgery, advanced cataract surgery, laser vision correction, and comprehensive ophthalmology.Dr. Ciralsky received her undergraduate education at Brown University where she graduated Magna cum laude. She also received the Anne Crosby Emery Fellowship upon graduation, an award given to two graduating seniors for scholarly ability and excellence of character. She then obtained her M.D. from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. She continued her training at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Harvard Medical School, where she completed her Ophthalmology Residency and Cornea Fellowship. During her fellowship, Dr. Ciralsky was elected Chief Clinical Fellow of the Cornea service. She was also a recipient of the prestigious Heed Ophthalmic Foundation Fellowship.Dr. Ciralsky has been recognized as a gifted educator. She was awarded Fellow of the Year, an award given by the residents of Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary for dedication and contribution to resident education. She is also actively involved in multiple research endeavors.Dr. Ciralsky is currently accepting new patients. She sees general eye patients as well as patients with corneal diseases and performs laser vision correction procedures. Dr. Oliveira is an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Weill Cornell Medicine and a member of the Weill Cornell Ophthalmology Department who specializes in Neuro-OphthalmologyDr. Oliveira attended medical school at the Minas Gerais Federal University (Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais) in his native Brazil. He completed his Ophthalmology residency and Glaucoma fellowship at São Geraldo Hospital, Minas Gerais Federal University.His international career continued in New York where he completed a 2-year Glaucoma research fellowship at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary under the mentorship of Dr. Robert Ritch. The fellowship was followed by Neurology residency at North Shore and Long Island Jewish Hospitals. Among his many achievements he had the privilege to be elected as one of the chief residents.Dr. Oliveira spent his final year of training at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Harvard Medical School, where he completed a Neuro-Ophthalmology fellowship under the mentorship of Drs. Joseph Rizzo and Simmons Lessell.

Dr. Paddock received his medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College in 2017. He completed his residency at Brown University and his Fellowship in Neuro-Ophthalmology at Weill Cornell Medicine in New York, New York. During his residency, Dr. Paddock served as chief resident and won numerous teaching awards, including the Rhode Island Hospital Department of Neurology Chief Resident Teaching Award and the Clinical Neurosciences Clerkship-Neurology Resident Teaching Award from the Warren Alpert Medical College at Brown University. He is excited to join his mentors, Drs. Marc Dinkin and Cristiano Oliveira, in the Neuro-Ophthalmology Service.Dr. Paddock has conducted research in novel treatment modalities for central retinal artery occlusion, and his areas of research interest include central retinal artery occlusion, idiopathic intracranial hypertension, and neuroimaging findings in headache with visual symptoms.
