I have attempted to get services from them and they don't appear to assist the neighborhood (blacks) than they do the Mexican population who do not reside in the community.

LSA staff try their best to help others and find clients the resources they need. The advocacy group and teachers are very nice and work with you. They are there to give a helping hand.
