Little Apple Cidery, nestled in Hillsdale, NY, began its journey over 40 years ago within an old orchard teeming with diminutive apples. Embarking on an organic path, the orchard underwent meticulous restoration, pruning, and replanting. The fruition of these efforts yielded luscious ciders from heirloom Northern Spy, Golden Russet, and Baldwin apples, alongside distinct English and French varieties.
Presenting a unique Farm Cidery and Orchard Bar, Little Apple offers a captivating experience for all visitors. The Cidery welcomes guests for bottle sales on Saturdays from December 7th to May 3rd, or by appointment, while the Orchard Bar entices patrons from May 10th to November 30th on weekends from 1-6 PM.
