New York Orthopaedic Spinal Associates’ mission is to provide personalized, high-quality spine care. We have created a practice that we believe in and choose for our own family members. Our spine surgeons perform spinal surgery on the neck and lower back. Drs. Ira and Marc Chernoff have been working together for over 25 years in private practice. These two brothers are fellowship trained in spinal surgery. The majority of our patients are treated conservatively without the need for surgery.

Orthopedic Associates of Long Island is a multi-faceted orthopedics practice with 19 board-certified physicians in multiple orthopedic subspecialties including foot & ankle surgery; upper extremity, hand, and micro surgery; spine & neurosurgery; total and partial joint replacement surgery; non-operative sports medicine; sports medicine surgery and arthroscopy; biologics and regenerative medicine; acupuncture; concussion management; and more. The practice offers on-site digital x-ray as well as state-of-the-art MRI in its East Setauket office. OALI continues to maintain offices in East Setauket, Riverhead, Wading River, Commack, Riverhead, West Babylon, and Southampton.
