No wifi available. A handful of tables inside. Ordered a hot matcha latte which was alright. Service was friendly. Menu was quite limited.

Good environment, a shame latte was more lukewarm than hot (at least mine), $6 burrito or wraps for $12 (10minutes to reheat). Beats Starbucks though

Friendly staff and nice environment. Usually busy so it may be hard to snag a table. They also close at 4, not 5 like it says online. The matcha latte was nice. Not outstanding but good enough.
