Coming Soon: East Coast Breakfast Company is a boutique restaurant brand that was founded in Darien CT. It operates on the simplicity of supply and demand, in reference to college students and great breakfast food. The Brand is definitely one that will be more surf-oriented, as the target locations are typically on the west coast. The vibe is not that of Starbucks, nor that of a sit down brunch spot, it is most similar to casual cafe culture that can be found in France, among other intrinsically calm destinations. There will be outdoor seating, as well as indoor, but not very much seating, we want our customers to order their food from a deli professional, wait and watch some tv, go grab a drink, get their sandwich, pay for it and leave!
