HistoryI started training in 2003 down in Texas. I missed my family and had a dream of what help a business like tall trainer could bring to the western new york area. I moved back and slowly, slowly one person at a time started helping people. When you grow a business on referrals it takes time to help those first people to get the awesome results enough to tell people about it. We have grown simply because we have helped people enough that they want their spouses, friends, coworkers, and family members to be healthy too. We are a family business if there ever was one.
