Dr. Vainshtein leads WPH's stereotactic radiosurgery program and specializes in the management of head and neck, lung, esophageal, prostate, bladder, pancreaticobiliary, liver, stomach, anorectal, and brain and spine cancers, with experience in the treatment of lymphomas, sarcomas, breast, and gynecological cancers. He has expertise in the use of numerous advanced radiotherapy treatment techniques, including intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT), image guided radiation therapy (IGRT), stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), stereotactic ablative radiotherapy/stereotactic body radiotherapy (SABR/SBRT) and 3D-conformal radiotherapy (3D-CRT)

Dr. Owen A. O'Connor is internationally renowned for his expertise on the diagnosis and treatment of all forms of lymphoma, with over 25 years of experience in academic medicine. He has invented and pioneered the development of several first in class drugs for the treatment of lymphoma, including one he co-invented for T-cell lymphoma which has now been approved in over 35 countries around the world. He has held several prestigious leadership positions at the major cancer centers in New York City, including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York University Medical Center, and Cornell and Columbia University Medical Centers.

Dr. Lederman received her medical degree from Cornell Medical College and completed residency in Internal Medicine at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. After serving one year as Chief Resident in Internal Medicine at Elmhurst Hospital in Queens, she completed fellowship training in Hematology and Oncology at New York Medical College/Westchester Medical Center. She served New York Medical College as Assistant Clinical Professor for several years, as well as being an active member of the New York Blood Center Transfusion Service. She has particular interest in the treatment of patients with benign blood and coagulation disorders as well as hematologic malignancies.
