A little hard to find, it's on the back side of the TJ Maxx in Miller Place (don't trust apple maps - that will take you to the totally wrong place), but once you do, it's a great little space....

If you want a kick-butt yoga practice that pushes your limits without making you feel incapable, this is your place! Fun, encouraging, tough, perfect. Go! Incredible instructors, wonderful ambiance.
