Under new ownership and management as of 18 Dec., 2014. Many of you know us, and we look forward to seeing you again this spring. We have many improvements planned including new 50 Amp electric hookup to all sites, installation of new water and sewer lines to all sites (hooked up to public sewer, no more septic tanks), and resurfacing the driveways. We plan on starting these improvements in April, and hope to do so with minimal disruptions, but ask for some patience. We are also exploring installing cable antenna hookups to all sites for over air TV broadcasts, and Wi-Fi that can be accessed throughout the entire property. Peter and Andrea Phillips We have 3 eff. apts we rent out daily,weekly, monthly and seasonal, also we have campsites, daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal. Also we have boat slips available daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal. We are on the north end of Cayuga Lake, close to the Montezuma Wildlife Refuge and the Women's Hall of Fame in Seneca Falls, NY. Great fishing and scenery.
