blinds do not close easily. Installer new there was a problem , called several times and still no response .They take your money but don't follow up

Possibly the rudest salesperson ever. Her lack of grace was astounding. My wife and I walked out after a few insulting and condescending answers to basic questions.

DO NOT GO. Blinds to Go in Hartsdale is a horrible place to Go. I feel the overall company is a shame. I don't know from where to start. Customer Service is horrible. please stay away from this...
